Welcome to CF.B Cleaning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cfbcleaning.com (the "Website") and the residential and commercial cleaning services (the "Services") provided by CF.B Cleaning Inc. ("CF.B Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our Website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. About CF.B Cleaning

CF.B Cleaning Inc. is a Massachusetts-based company offering residential and commercial cleaning services to clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. Our primary office is located at 14 Alvord Ave, Chicopee, MA 01020. Our Florida office is located at 19551 S Tamiami Trail, Ste 550, Fort Myers, FL 33908.

2. Services

We provide the following categories of cleaning services:

• Regular (recurring) cleaning — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / Move-out cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Add-on services (laundry, oven, fridge, inside cabinets, exterior windows)

Service availability, pricing, and scope are confirmed at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and requested add-ons. All quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing.

3. Bookings, Quotes, and Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (email or SMS).
• Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (for example, Stripe).
• For recurring services, you may enroll in auto-pay at your option.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
• No-show / lockout: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the full service fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to reschedule if our team cannot safely reach the property due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If any detail of our cleaning does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to address the specific concern at no additional cost. This guarantee does not include refunds; our commitment is to re-do the work until it meets our standards.

6. Your Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver the best possible service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
• Provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure pets and notify us of any special considerations
• Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before service
• Notify us of any hazards (biohazards, infestations, structural issues) before the service begins

7. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description

CF.B Cleaning offers a text messaging program (the "SMS Program") to help us communicate quickly and conveniently with clients about their cleaning services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from CF.B Cleaning Inc. at the phone number you provide.

Types of messages

• Transactional / service messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, job updates, invoices, and customer support replies.
• Marketing / promotional messages: special offers, seasonal promotions, and service announcements — sent only to users who have opted in to marketing messages by checking a separate marketing consent box.

Opt-in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Website, by providing consent over the phone, or by replying "START" or "YES" to a message from us. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. You will typically receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

Your SMS opt-in information and mobile number will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CF.B Cleaning is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to items, surfaces, or property
• Damage caused by defective, improperly installed, or aged items
• Loss or damage to items that were not removed or secured prior to service, as requested
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a cleaning service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

CF.B Cleaning is licensed and insured. Claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the completed service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of CF.B Cleaning Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For services provided in Florida, applicable Florida law may also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts, or in Lee County, Florida, as appropriate.
